In this episode I share an experience I had of having multiple important competing demands and my journey of trying to juggle them. An important recognition is how my flexible and trust based work environment was a key factor in making it possible. I believe the same can be true in any company or organization and my Bloom 360 training curriculum is a framework for how to create the foundation for that.
